Q: What products do you sell?
We specialize in vintage and retro computer chips, including CPUs, memory modules, and other semiconductor components.
Q: Are your products new or used?
New Old Stock (NOS)
Most of our products are New Old Stock (NOS), meaning they have never been used but have been stored for an extended period. Due to long-term storage, some items may have minor cosmetic imperfections, such as slight surface scratches or oxidation on the contacts. However, they remain fully functional and have a good overall appearance.
Used and verified
If a item is marked as "Used" and "Tested and Working", it has been verified to function correctly. These components may have been previously used but are still in good working condition.
For Collection Only
Items marked as "For Collection Only" have not been tested and are primarily intended for collectors. We cannot guarantee their functionality, but they may still be valuable for display or restoration projects.
Q: Are your products tested before shipping?
We test most chips to ensure they are fully functional. We mark the chips as "Tested and working" or "Verified". Unless stated otherwise, our chips are primarily sold as collectibles and are not tested by default.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, major credit cards, and other secure payment methods available through our online store.
Q: Why am I being charged VAT / Import Handling Fee?
To comply with local tax regulations, tax pre-declaration is required for packages shipped to certain regions. We collect VAT or Import Handling Fee in advance and assist buyers with the declaration and payment process, ensuring a smoother customs clearance.
Q: Why can't I place my order? It says the total exceeds the maximum limit.
A: To ensure order compliance and improve customs clearance efficiency, some countries/regions have a maximum limit for a single order. If your total product amount exceeds this limit, the system will not process your order. You can try the following solutions:
• Reduce the number of items in your order to keep the total below the limit.
• Split your order into multiple smaller purchases.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location and the selected shipping method. Please refer to our [Estimated Delivery Time].
Q: Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders come with a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Q: What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is delayed, please contact your local courier for updates.
If your package has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping provider.
If the package is confirmed lost due to the courier’s fault, we will offer a refund or replacement.
Q: Can I return an item?
Since we sell vintage chips and NOS electronic components, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive an item that is significantly different from the description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
We do not offer bulk purchase discounts because our inventory consists of rare and vintage chips. We are unable to supply large quantities. We only sell to individual customers and do not supply to businesses or resellers.
