1. Order Processing Time

5. Address & Delivery Responsibility

7. Returns & Refused Shipments
• If a package is refused by the buyer for personal reasons or is not collected within the local postal service’s required timeframe and is returned, we can arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees apply) or a partial refund (minus the original shipping cost and any applicable fees).
• We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer or customs non-compliance.
8. Countries & Regions We Do Not Ship To
• If your country cannot be selected at checkout, this means that there are no available shipping routes, or our partnered couriers are unable to deliver to your region.
