At ChipGears.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and product accuracy. Due to the nature of our vintage and collectible items, all sales are considered final. However, we do accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns

• The item received does not match the description;
• The item is damaged during transit.
Conditions for Return
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Returned items must be in the same condition as received.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items listed as “For Parts Only” or “Untested”;
• Items returned due to change of mind or buyer error;
• Products damaged by incorrect handling or improper installation.
Refund Process
